Timeline: Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped based on product availability.
Availability Updates: If an item is not available for immediate shipment, we will notify you with an updated timeline.
Payment: Full payment is required at the time of order, including backordered items, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Refused Deliveries: If an item is refused for reasons other than damage or a shipping error on our part, it will be processed as a return and subject to our standard 25% restocking fee.
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met: (Some brands do not allow returns - please reach out to info@mysaunapro.com beforehand to see if the product qualifies)
Return Window: You must initiate the request within 15 days of delivery.
Condition: Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging (including all internal packing, manuals, and accessories).
Photo Confirmation: Clear photos showing the unused item and original packaging are required before a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is issued.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Custom products (custom saunas, custom kits, or items requiring signed approval)
Steam generators and Sauna doors
Sauna wood and lumber
Replacement parts (heating elements, sensors, cables, control panels, etc.)
Aroma oils and fragrances
Request Authorization: Email info@mysaunapro.com within 15 days of delivery. Include your order number, reason for return, and condition photos.
Wait for Approval: Do not ship items back without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned at your expense.
Pack & Ship: Once approved, pack the item securely in original packaging. You are responsible for return shipping; we strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.
Send Tracking: Email your tracking number to us within 24 hours of shipping the package.
Inspection: Please allow up to 10 business days for inspection after we receive your return.
Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
Refund Method: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping Costs: Any shipping fees paid on the original order are non-refundable.
Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please notify us immediately to assist with a replacement claim.
Warranty: For defects covered under manufacturer warranty, we will coordinate troubleshooting and replacement with the manufacturer.
Pricing Errors: We reserve the right to cancel orders or adjust pricing in the event of typographical or technical errors.
Coupon Use: Unauthorized use of coupon codes (expired, shared, or misused) may result in order cancellation. Any payments made for canceled orders will be refunded.
