Model E6W Outdoor Sauna Barrel

The SaunaLife Ergo-Series Outdoor Sauna Barrels were designed and engineered by sauna enthusiasts to be the most comfortable, durable, and attractive barrel saunas you can buy.

Ergonomics - Barrel Sauna Comfort

Bathing comfort cannot be overlooked when investing in an outdoor sauna barrel. The diameter of the barrel and the bench/backrest configuration must be considered.

Panoramic Half-Moon Rear Window

A visually stunning, tempered half-moon rear window lets natural light in, adding an incredible spaciousness to your sauna barrel. Enjoy a calming view of nature while you bask in the soothing heat of your outdoor wellness sanctuary.

Durability - A Lifetime of Outdoor Bathing Pleasure

Did you know that Thermo-Spruce lasts up to 2x longer than Cedar wood? Every SaunaLife barrel begins with industry-leading 1.65” thick full-length staves that encapsulate the sauna and provide exceptional thermal resistance (R-value).

Ingenuity - Engineered to Exceed Expectations

Don’t let the simple design and installation process fool you, the Ergo-Series is jam-packed with barrel sauna innovation. Go ahead and splash the water, these beautiful outdoor spaces are built to thrive with water!

Illumination - Inside and Out

Illuminating your barrel showcases the beauty of the wood and enhances your sauna experience. Only low-voltage and waterproof LED lighting will do.

Beauty - A Compliment to Most Any Outdoor Oasis

SaunaLife sources the highest quality Nordic Spruce and dries it to a rich golden color that accentuates its distinctive grain and rustic tight-knot charm. The barrel interior benefits from ergonomically designed benches and backrests of ultra-smooth Thermo-Aspen, a grade-A wood species that is rich in color, and free from knots.

The Model E6W Sauna Barrel is designed by SaunaLife and precision-crafted in Northern Europe where sauna bathing is a healthy part of everyday life. Enjoy a lifetime of wellness in your own backyard and live the SaunaLife!

SaunaLife Model E6 Sauna Barrel - Sauna Pro

SaunaLife Construction

SaunaLife barrel saunas are crafted from thermo-spruce, the most commonly used sauna wood in Finland. Thermo-spruce is exceptionally durable and can last up to twice as long as cedar when exposed to harsh outdoor conditions and the extreme temperature fluctuations typical of sauna use.

Inside, the sauna is designed for comfort and relaxation. The ergonomic benches and backrests are gently curved to promote better posture and provide a more comfortable seating experience. The seating surfaces are made from aspen, widely regarded as the ideal wood for sauna interiors. Aspen has low thermal conductivity, so it stays comfortable to sit on even at high temperatures, and its naturally smooth texture enhances overall comfort.

SaunaLife barrel saunas also feature a larger diameter than traditional barrel saunas. While standard barrels typically measure 72 inches in diameter, SaunaLife barrels expand this to 81 inches. The larger diameter creates a gentler seating curve, increases headroom for easier entry, and improves airflow throughout the sauna, resulting in a more spacious and enjoyable sauna experience.

Lighting

SaunaLife barrel sauna comes with an adjustable led light strip. Lighting is dimmable. You can control the light through an app on your phone, or from the remote control mounted near the front door of the sauna.

SaunaLife Outdoor Saunas

Turn your patio or backyard into a serene retreat with SaunaLife outdoor saunas. These thoughtfully designed spaces let you enjoy the beauty of your natural surroundings with every session. Built from premium, weather-resistant wood, each sauna is crafted to endure the elements while maintaining its elegance.

Inside, carefully selected features work together to create a soothing yet invigorating sauna experience. Choose from a range of sizes and fully assembled cabin styles to perfectly match your design vision and lifestyle needs.

Testimonials

I’ve been dreaming of a home spa for years, and this store made it happen. I purchased a 2-person infrared sauna, and the build quality is exceptional. The wood smells amazing, and it heats up so much faster than I expected. The customer service team was incredibly patient with all my technical questions during setup!

Sarah J.

Finding a high-quality electric heater for my DIY outdoor sauna was proving difficult until I found these guys. I went with a HUUM Hive model and its great.

Marcus T.

As a marathon runner, recovery is everything. I invested in one of their smaller saunalife outdoor units and It’s been a total game-changer for my muscle soreness.

David M.

I knew nothing about saunas before walking into this process. The Sauna Pro team guided me through the differences between infrared and traditional, helping me find what worked for my budget and space. I ended up with a Leil Como 120. It’s now my favorite place to unplug and de-stress after work.

Jessica W.

We decided to go with the GL6 for our lakeside cabin, and it’s become the centerpiece of the property. The exterior is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is evident in every joint. It looks like a high-end resort feature - truly a five-star experience.

Greg H.

I manage a boutique hotel gym and needed a reliable supplier for our high-traffic sauna. We replaced our old heating unit with a Harvia Virta 20kw. The durability is outstanding, and the temperature control is precise. It’s rare to find a supplier that understands the needs of a commercial facility like they do.
